Still Waters Marina Terms/Conditions/Regulations:

Fuel/Tax is not included in boat rental rates (fuel is included in PWC rates)

• Stillwaters Marina rentals are limited to registered Stillwaters guests only 

• All passengers over the age of 6 MUST wear the wristbands provided by Front Desk at check-in

• Any coupons MUST be presented at the time of the rental or they will not be honored

• All boats are full of gas when rented, upon return they will be filled with fuel. (SW guest are required to pay for gas that is used during their rental time)

• Life jackets are provided for ALL ages. (infant to 4x Adult) **Kids 13 and under must wear one at all times** (you can bring your own life jacket if you prefer)

• All boats are equipped with regulation equipment to make you legal on Table Rock Lake; Ski Flag, Throw Cushion, Fire Extinguisher, Orange PFD’s, whistle and paddle..

• All boats have stereos with Aux and BT capability

• NO PETS OR BBQ GRILLS ALLOWED (service dogs are allowed)

• We DO NOT provide or allow anchors on our boats

• NO towing other watercrafts, NO pulling more than one TUBER/SKIER/WAKEBOARDER at a time

• Boats must be returned on time so that they can be cleaned and fueled for the next customer. (There is a late fee for every 30min)

• Remaining Balance for rentals will be paid after reservation, once your watercraft is filled up with fuel

• Cancel Up to 48 Hours Prior to Avoid a “No Show” Fee Equal your deposit

• We do offer “Boat Rental Insurance”. Ask for details when making a reservation.
